Overview

Rivertown Pickleball of Southern Indiana, Inc. (RPSI) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are dedicated to promoting and facilitating the pickleball sport in Warrick County and the surrounding area. We understand the importance of keeping personal data private. This document describes how RPSI will handle information.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

We collect names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and ages (including ages of dependent minors). This information is necessary for managing club activities. Personal information will only be disclosed in the event of an emergency. In an emergency, the information will be disclosed only to authorized emergency personnel.

Third parties’ applications

We will not share personal information with any third-party applications.
